Dreve Otoplastik sets standards for the fitting of hearing aids to the human ear.
We develop and produce high quality state-of-the-art medical devices that will convince you by the following characteristics: innovation, quality and biocompatibility.
Everything began with the production of an earmould for the customer of an optician in the city of Unna. Today, our company-owned laboratory belongs to the biggest ones in Europe. The production capacity nowadays amounts to approx. 60,000 earmoulds per year.
For the manufacture of our products we only use selected raw materials and we produce with state-of-the-art production processes. Thanks to our researchers and developers we do not only exist in the market but we influence it by innovation and therefore set standards for the future. That makes us the market leader for various products.
Of course, all our products are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, DIN EN ISO 13485:2003, CAN/CSA-ISO 13485:2003 and to the guideline for medical devices 93/42/EEC Annex II and focus on the current state-of-the-art.
For the hearing aid dispenser we offer a complete range of high quality impression materials on silicone basis. In our laboratory the earmoulds are individually produced in basic, comfort and premium versions.
As competent partner concerning stereolithography, mould production, pressure and light polymerisation and workplace equipment we are always at the disposal of the hearing aid industry and earmould laboratories. As the first earmould manufacturer we produce FotoTec® earmoulds using stereolithography since 2004. |
