RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., February 13, 2008- Geomagic, a worldwide software and services company, has added two new executives to their management team: Steve Carnevale has joined as chief financial officer and Stacey Mangum has been hired as the company's vice president of human resources.

Carnevale brings to Geomagic more than 20 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, strategic planning and operational controls. Before joining Geomagic, he was CFO Partner in the Raleigh office of Tatum LLC, where he helped companies such as LVL7 Systems accelerate business success and create more value. Carnevale has held senior management positions in semiconductor, software, imaging services, networking and other technology-driven industries.

Mangum brings 20 years of experience in human resources management to Geomagic, including experience with venture-capital-funded software companies such as Engineous, LIPSinc, and most recently, Arsenal Digital. At Arsenal, she led restructuring that contributed to record increases in annual revenue and profitability.
