High-Volume and Fast Production of Fine-Featured Jewelry and Investment Casting Patterns

VisiJet M2P-CST Crystal creates new opportunities for producing a different class of jewelry that includes fine-features, thin walls, and mesh patterns that are perfect for rings, bracelets, pendants, broches, and more. It enables the printing of complex geometries that would not survive the handling and post-processing steps in wax.

VisiJet M2P-CST Crystal is ready for the high-volume production of patters for direct casting without the need for tooling. This engineered blended acrylate uses wax and stabilizing elements to add strength and durability while still burning out cleanly. VisiJet M2P-CST Crystal is easy to handle and durable enough for maximum detail preservation, even on very small patterns. Additionally, this castable resin is suitable for fit test models, building prototypes, and consumer goods casting applications.
