A high-speed, projector-based SLA 3D printing solution, this compact and versatile printer delivers mid-size, high-quality parts with exceptional accuracy, stability, and speed. By teaming up with our 3D Systems Corporation(link is external) experts and leveraging EXT Titan Pellet extrusion, Model No. Furniture(link is external) is scaling up the production of stunning, eco-friendly, made-to-order furniture, like the Esker chair! Seen here with Phillip Raub(link is external), CEO of Model No. Furniture(link is external), this groundbreaking design showcases the future of sustainable furniture.

Our Latest Tool for Investment Casting - QuickcastAir

Get to know more about our latest game-changer in investment casting - QuickcastAir! Perfect for industries like foundries, aerospace & defense, and energy, QuickCast Air helps deliver large, high-precision casting patterns faster, cheaper, and with no limits on geometric complexity. Available through our 3D Sprint software, this innovative tool creates ultra-light casting patterns made of 95% air and just 5% plastic, delivering serious benefits including up to 50% less material usage and faster build times by hours.
 

Enabling Complex Designs to Come to Life

Attendees were able to see the Spherene Side Table and the extraordinary Alienometry, designed by Peter Donders(link is external).  3D Systems’ manufacturing facilities enabled those designs to come to life by leveraging the strengths of our materials. Experts were happy to share more about the unique, organic structures and stories behind the alien that needed a mask to hide his face.

Breaking New Ground in 3D-printed Healthcare Solutions

Visitors stopped by our booth to learn more about our latest healthcare innovations, including the EXT 220 MED for printing craniomaxillofacial implants and interbody fusion devices in PEEK.

Dental Innovations on Display

Attendees were able to explore entry-level dental 3D printers, like the NextDent LCD1, and mid- and large-platform batch 3D printers, like the NextDent 5100, with our team.
