Achieve Industry Leading Mechanical Properties in a Medium Frame Package
3D Systems Cure 400 is an advanced tool that provides scalable options for post-processing UV-curable resins. It features a rotary table for part shadow reduction, full spectrum LEDs, and a 400 x 400 x 400 mm curing volume.
Scalable Curing for Your Needs
Cure 400 is compatible with all UV Photopolymers in the 3D Systems portfolio to ensure a lasting post-processing solution. It was designed with scalability in mind to optimize floor space and user workflows of medium-frame printer systems.
Optimized Performance for Material Properties
Streamlined recipe selections for maximizing time to cure and finished part properties. Recipes control the temperature and UV exposure to achieve optimal material properties. The rotating part platform ensures uniform UV exposure for even curing over the total cure volume.
Printers Enabled for Cure 400:
- All SLA systems (limited to Cure volume)s
- All Figure 4 systems
- All PSLA systems
Material Options for Cure 400:
- All Figure 4 and SLA materials*
Maximize Workflow Efficiencies
3D Systems Wash 400 and Wash 400F, eliminates most of the manual cleaning of resin-printed parts. The dual system design allows for “Dirty” and “Clean” washing workflow, a parts holder for loose parts or full-build platforms† and a piston lift mechanism for removing your parts from the detergents.
Wash 400
The Wash 400 supports non-flammable detergents for a semi-automated cleaning workflow. Reduces the manual cleaning time required before a finish clean and UV curing.
Wash 400F
The Wash 400F supports flammable detergents such as IPA for a finish clean of resin-printed parts. Adding the Wash 400F to the workflow further removes additional manual cleaning and provides a better part finish quality upon UV curing.
Printers Enabled for Wash 400/Wash 400F:
- All SLA systems (limited to Wash volume)
- All Figure 4 systems
- All PSLA systems
Material Options for Wash 400/Wash 400F:
- All Figure 4 and SLA materials*
